About Us
Pattons, a leading provider of compressed air systems, is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to support operational efficiency within our branch location. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative assistance with a focus on customer service, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining electronic and paper records, logs, and files related to branch operations.
- Create, track, and enter documentation, such as service agreements and expenses related to service calls into our Enterprise Planning System (ERP).
- Respond to customer and vendor requests and inquiries by phone and email.
- Generate, distribute, and track customer invoices and credit memos.
- Assist with collecting unpaid invoices from customers.
- Serve as backup to the service manager in the scheduling and dispatching of field service jobs.
- Manage record requests for audits and other inquiries.
- Serve as backup for customer parts requests.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support role and one year of experience providing customer service in a customer-facing role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
