HR Administration:
  • Provide day-to-day assistance and timely responses to employees via various communication platforms (in person, email, text).

  • Manage administrative aspects of employee programs such as the Birthday Program and Annual Service Awards.

  • Monitor kitchen supplies monthly to ensure vendor refills are on schedule.
  • Actively participate in the community service committee.

Organization Development:
  • Develop training programs.

  • Manage and maintain training records.
  • Facilitate and lead the Resolving Differences Program related to employees.

Talent/Performance Management:
  • Orientation: Schedule and facilitate HR items, drive continuous improvement/project management on orientation, and ensure training aligns with operational imperatives from day 1/week 1.
  • Onboarding: Manage and improve the onboarding process, including 20-40-60 day reviews, probationary period reviews, and handoff to manager/supervisor/team leader.
Qualifications For HR/TRAINING COORDINATOR:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field required or currently enrolled.
  • Experience in recruiting and recordkeeping preferred.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to act independently and manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
