RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III in Mountain View, CA. This role is Hybrid.Duties:
  • Drive monetization initiatives to deliver toward Company's big bets and goals
  • Understand and improve the foundational capabilities of Company's product and pricing platform, such as notification mechanism, Gen AI application to increase go-to-market velocity
  • Support durable business needs and platform consolidation efforts, such as streamlined price change, innovative product bundling simplifications
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Drive regular op mech or follow-me-home sessions to build customer empathy, identify pain points, and prioritize product roadmap
  • Communicate effectively with marketing and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of product strategy to make progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute and launch products
  • Lead review and sign off on product requirements with stakeholders, including engineering, design, finance, and marketing
  • Monitor the entire lifecycle of design, development, testing and launch, holding a high bar for quality and usability, supporting user readiness with demos and training sessions
  • Monitor day-to-day product use to ensure high user satisfaction and smooth operation
  • Be the product SME and address product questions and issues promptly to unblock users or development teams
  • Act as a liaison between users and platform teams, provide sufficient technical and cross-functional knowledge to guide the go-to-market execution process


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, or related discipline required
  • 5+ years of business system analyst or product management experience
  • Working experience within the domain of product lifecycle management (PLM), product catalog, commerce systems with product management/design software tools such as Figma, Jira, Google suite, Smartsheet, ProductPlan, Aha, or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Top communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for customer empathy and product development
  • This individual will also support the India team, so they will join calls during nighttime for 1-2 hours for 2- 3 days a week
Interview Process:
  • 1st-30 minutes
  • 2nd- 60+ minutes


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
