Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute A/B tests and other business analysis using various techniques, such as SQL ETL, statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Develop and maintain ad hoc data and reports using Tableau, providing actionable insights and recommendations for business operations.
- Collaborate with internal or external clients to identify analytical requirements and implement systems to capture business operation information.
- Guide less experienced business data analysts and contribute to the development of best practices.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in A/B testing and randomized controlled experimentation.
- Strong SQL skills, including reading and writing SQL and constructing ETL/data pipelines.
- Proficiency in developing data visualizations in Tableau.
- Ability to find and analyze data sets, mine insights, and recommend actions to key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience with paid marketing channels and software technology category is a plus.
- Able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
