Sr. Payroll Specialist 

Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid 
Pay: $35 - $44/hour

Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst to assist their team. This is exciting opportunity to support a publicly traded firm with payroll tax support and international payroll.

Some Job Duties Include:

  • Processing multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis for US employees via UltiPro
  • Record journal entries
  • Review and update international information to vendors
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Enter all data entry for payroll processing or reporting needs
  • Reconcile nonexempt timecards in UltiPro Time and attendance module
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ of payroll experience, full-cycle payroll processing
  • Large payroll software experience (Peoplesoft, Ceridian, UKG etc.)
  • Team oriented and collaborative attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Nice to have:
  • Payroll accounting experience (journal entries, PTO accruals)
  • International payroll experience
