Accounts Payable Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Verify coding on invoices and ensure proper approvals
- Review batches for accurate data entry
- Schedule disbursements and audit preliminary payment reports
- Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies
- Answer vendor inquiries
- Prepare accounts payable payments
- Print and maintain all accounts payable reports and files
- Prepare account analysis as needed
- Assist in monthly closings
- Assist in the annual external audit of company accounts
- Maintain timely filing of paid invoices
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable experience required
- Experience with foreign currency payments is a plus
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and ERP systems (JD Edwards experience is a plus)

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
