Budget & Administrative Coordinator IVP Technology/Infrastructure

Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Budget and Administrative Coordinator I provides administrative support to the Chief Information Officer as well as budgetary assistance to the Executive Director for the Office of the CIO. This will include administrative skills such as maintaining the CIO calendar, booking travel, ordering office supplies, and assisting with creation of purchase requisitions. This position requires a strong exercise of professional judgment and autonomous work effort, with independent decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. • 2 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an academic environment.• Previous experience having worked for an organizational executive.• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc).
