Healthcare Account Manager


Location: New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Eastern Time Pay Range: $30-$50/hour


Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Occupational Health Account Manager to oversee and grow our client portfolio within the Occupational Health Department. This role is key in managing appointment processes, ensuring precise result reporting, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, meet departmental KPIs, and represent the company at the highest level.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage, nurture, and oversee client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Coordinate occupational health services, including health assessments and wellness programs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional client liaising, regular check-ins and tailored solutions, as well as proper delivery of health and wellness services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Appointment Management through means of scheduling and coordinating.
  • Result-based Performance: Proper documentation, contract management, provider follow-up, and daily monitoring.

Job Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in occupational health, healthcare management, or a related field, preferably 5 years. Experience in business development and client relationship management is preferred.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar software.
    • Demonstrated team management and goal achievement.
    • Familiarity with Formfox, Chain of Custody processes, and financial management in healthcare.


  • Additional Skills:
    • DOT/Non-DOT Management: Experience in managing DOT/Non-DOT accounts.
    • Training: Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
    • Financial Acumen: Understanding of billing and contract management.


  • Work Environment:
    • Flexibility to work across multiple locations and support on-site needs as required. Collaboration with local and remote teams is essential for seamless service delivery.
