What You'll Achieve
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities with our channel partners.
- Manage the channel partner relationship, engagement, and achievement of joint objectives through the partner planning process.
- Identify cost-effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products and services to maximize our opportunity while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams and partner outside field sales teams to drive all lines of business, removing technical barriers, architecting business solutions, and bringing forward new business.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns for targeted accounts.
- Build executive relationships with your partner and internal teams.
- Hold internal and external teams accountable for sales execution.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of related field sales experience.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior-level leadership and executives.
Compensation and Benefits
Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $240,000 to $300,000, which includes base salary and commissions. Our benefits and perks package is designed to support your overall well-being and career growth.
