GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

Your role as an Administrator for Artist & Label Services is a role that includes providing administrative, creative, and logistical support to managers at 2+2, with specific duties including:

2+2 MANAGEMENT

  • Sourcing, analyzing and booking global artist travel
  • Resolving touring and travel issues while artists are on the road
  • Researching and securing travel and work visas, immigration, passport renewals
  • Show advancing and itinerary creation
  • Social media communication, analysis, strategy and marketing
  • Website development and maintenance
  • Creation/editing tour and release promotional material
  • Reviewing and coordinating press opportunities
  • Sourcing, analyzing and coordinating artist and company information for Grant applications
  • Invoicing, tracking payments on behalf of 2+2 Management clients
  • Creation of tour and recording budgets for 2+2 Management clients
  • Reconciling expenses and statements 2+2 Management clients

 

ADMINISTRATION

  • General duties and errands as assigned by senior management
  • General administration for operations/venue team (faxing, filing, shipping, etc.)
  • Cover for other staff members during vacations and days off
  • Assist in keeping office space, neat, orderly and organized
  • During large events and festivals, assist in production and execution of events
  • Planning/booking office travel including flights, hotels, cars, etc.
  • Maintain 2+2 artist profiles, records and personal information on internal databases
  • Developing solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (agents, suppliers, clients, agencies, etc.), and maintaining a high level of professionalism across all points of contact
  • Setting a high standard for communication across all channels
  • Other such matters, errands and tasks as assigned by the President, VP Operations, and Senior Managers

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Music and Arts Administration preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, accounting software)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to work under pressure, anticipate and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • A background and track record in live entertainment considered an asset
  • An ongoing passion and desire to be part of the music business
  • Must be living Los Angeles
