The Senior Manager, Stock Plan Administration is responsible for the administration and management of the Company's stock-based compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs). This role requires a thorough understanding of equity compensation regulations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees and external vendors.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Plan Administration: Administer all aspects of the company's stock-based compensation plans, including granting, vesting, exercising, and settlement of awards, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of equity transactions and reports.  This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Tax, Payroll, HR and Legal on clarifying and streamlining processes and procedures concerning cross-functional workflows.Participant Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions, issues, and transactions related to their equity awards.Communication: Communicate effectively with employees to provide information and guidance on stock plan rules, taxation, and other relevant matters.Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, related to equity compensation.  This includes ensuring that all equity transactions including grants, exercises, and cancellations are accurately processed in a timely and efficient manner, and required regulatory reporting is completed.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equity grants, exercises, and other stock plan transactions in the company's equity administration system.Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on stock plan activity, including participant holdings, exercise activity, and equity expense to required internal teams and executive leadership.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, such as stock plan administrators and brokerage firms, to support the administration of the company’s equity plans.Process Improvement: Design and implement key processes to streamline and improve stock plan administration processes and procedures.Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on stock plan basics, including how to exercise options, sell shares, and understand tax implications.Audit Support: Lead internal and external audits of stock plan records and procedures as needed.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or a related field, preferably within a global company or in a role that involved interactions with international stakeholders.International Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with international teams, managing cross-border transactions, or supporting employees in multiple geographic locations.Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages such as Korean or Japanese is a plus.Knowledge: Thorough understanding of equity compensation principles, including stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, and related tax, accounting and reporting implications.Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with SEC regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards relevant to equity compensation.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex equity concepts to employees.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in equity administration software and Microsoft Excel.Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders.Integrity: Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in handling sensitive employee information and executing job responsibilities.
