We are currently seeking a Administrative Operations Senior Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

 

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.

 

Pay for this role is $17/hrs

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
  • Position is an on site role in Lincoln Nebraska
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma

    Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for morning mail run at 5:00 a.m. to pick up mail from the Post Office
  • Sorting and opening the mail for clients
  • Responsible for helping where needed and assembling policies and prepping mail for the mail machine and the meter machine.

 

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, central time. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
