Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in accounting functions.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
- Strong cash handling skills and foundational accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication abilities and high integrity.
- Capability to troubleshoot issues and address inquiries from departments and students.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in a higher education environment and familiarity with SAP.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous.

Salary Information
The minimum salary for this position is $19.231 per hour.
