Who we are: We are part of the Core Shopping organization, which is responsible for many of the core shopping experiences customers interact with on Amazon today. What you will do: We are seeking a Principal Product Manager – Technical, to own the vision, development, launch, and continuous improvement for a new shopping experience. You will work with talented scientists, engineers, UX designers, program managers, and product managers to innovate on behalf of our customers. The right person has deep technical knowledge, high levels of customer obsession, is comfortable with a high-level of ambiguity. The ideal candidate has demonstrated a strong ability to build repeatable and scalable processes, and is an independent operator skilled at aligning resources and working cross-team to deliver on behalf of our customers. You will build experiences across surfaces (desktop, mobile app, voice, etc.).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
  3. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  4. Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  5. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  6. Experience with end to end product delivery
  7. Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience
