Principal Product Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our Mobile Shopping team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile shopping experience, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow a team to accelerate mobile development, owning the strategy and stakeholder partnership to drive adoption of our products.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
- Own the communication with leadership and WW partner teams.
- Create buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key external partners.
- Create and execute the near and long-term roadmap for the team.
We're looking for a seasoned product manager with a passion for mobile devices and a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $161,900/year to $279,900/year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
