About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager Technical to lead the product vision and execution for Sponsored Product ad experiences on Off Amazon publisher sites.

This is a high-visibility role that requires a strong product visionary who can make high-judgment decisions, both with and without data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising industry and be able to influence without authority across organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute on creating good ad experiences Off-Amazon
  • Work with a talented team of engineers and scientists to develop new features and products
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to craft the future of shopping experience on Amazon
  • Define the right success metrics for the program and our customers to drive long-term business growth
Requirements
  • 8+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
