Summary

The Coordinator in the Office of Student Accounts assists the University Community by greeting students, staff and faculty when they come in the office or call. Provide customer service to the University community by assisting with payments, payment plans, deposits etc. Maintain the department email account by replying to all messages the same day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and greet students and other members of the community that walk in
  • Assist parents and students with setting up monthly payment plans
  • Process cash and check payments for tuition received by mail or in person
  • Respond in a timely manner to all emails sent to the office account daily
  • Assist University departments with payments they receive and ensure they are deposited accurately and to the correct department accounts
  • Model, support and facilitate quality customer service
  • Assist with projects or other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

  • Candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exemplary communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Spanish Speaking Preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills preferred (Excel and Word in particular).
