Leasing Luxury

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced leasing agent for a long term client to join their team at (2) of their properties in Minneapolis, MN (55408) The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in leasing - luxury experience is required. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).
This role will be working with (2) buildings: Site 1 is 42 luxury units, built in 2016 with 4 stories and Site 2: 131 luxury units, built in 2017 and 7 stories.
Salary: $20-24/hour DOQ. This role is a contract to hire role (90 days before conversion).
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am -6pm and Saturday - 10am to 4 pm.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the model apartments and target apartments are ready for show and maintaining work areas, common areas and office in a clean and orderly mannerComplete lease form or agreement and collect rental depositMarket the property effectively by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenitiesHave a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policiesKeep updated informational material and distribute to local businesses, apartment locators, etcRegular “shopping” of competitive properties and remaining knowledgeable of market conditionsConduct out-reach marketing at least once per weekDevelop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Community ManagerMaintain all resident and property filesCourteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaintsAlways maintain a professional appearance and attitudeQualifications and Experience:
At least 1 years’ experience in leasing - luxury preferred.Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.Yardi experience is required.Be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check before employment.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and ExcelValid Driver’s License and reliable transportation as this role will be roving between (2) properties.Tesoro Group is a leading provider of specialized talent solutions dedicated to connecting exceptional individuals with exciting career opportunities across various industries.
