Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced leasing agent for a long term client to join their team at (1) of their properties in St. Louis Park (55416). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in leasing - luxury experience is required. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).

This role will be working with (1) building with 164 luxury units and 6 stories.

Salary: $20/hour DOQ. This role is a contract to hire role (90 days before conversion).

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am -6pm and Saturday - 10am to 4 pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Show and lease apartments to those who qualify under the property's income restrictions.
  • Provide prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
  • Manage prospect pipeline through ATS, via phone, email, and text.
  • Host Open Houses to lease apartments.
  • Meet and greet customers in person and on the telephone, email, or text.
  • Complete paperwork for application and process through SRI.
  • Complete paperwork required to determine household eligibility for affordable housing programs.
  • Complete the workflow process and work with compliance team as necessary to process applications.
  • Compile weekly reports as necessary.
  • Assist residents with questions and record service requests.
  • Perform community inspections once the building is open.
  • Assist with marketing outreach program as needed.
  • Assist with move-ins as necessary.
  • Polish up office, vacant apartments, and the tour route/amenities so they are ready to show.
  • Operate all office machines, printer, computer, etc.
  • Handle mail, prepare notes, letters, and documents; receive and distribute packages.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1 years' experience in leasing - luxury preferred.
  • Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
  • Yardi experience is required.
  • Be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check before employment.
