The Office Operations Manager manages the Minnesota Corporate office, ensuring smooth office operations for the corporate office and field staff through a high level of customer service interactions with staff and all internal and external contacts. This position is also responsible for the management of the company credit card program and reconciliation as well as opening and closing bank accounts, scanning incoming checks and other miscellaneous banking and customer service responsibilities. Supports Director of Business Operations with a variety of projects and responsibilities. Associates degree, business school certificate or equivalent experience.2. Minimum of three (3) years high level administrative experience.3. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and keyboarding skills.4. Strong technology skills, including the ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently.5. Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Make independent decisions when needed and be accountable for these decisions. 6. Possess a sense of urgency.7. Must be available to listen, analyze and find resolutions quickly. Find solutions to problems/issues for field and corporate office employees. 8. Maintain flexibility with change and possess the ability to switch directions when new situations arise.9. Must have strong project and process management skills.10. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, AP/AR and bookkeeping experience.11. Must be project oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.12. Excellent customer service skills. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Respond promptly to customer needs. Solicit customer feedback to improve service. Respond to requests for service and assistance. Meet commitments.13. Strong communication (oral and written), critical thinking and analytical ability required.a) Oral - Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Salary Description
$24.00 - $29.00/hr.
