Your Role: Contribute to Our Success

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing key areas such as Merchandising, Operations, Customer Engagement, and Human Resources in a bustling retail environment.
  • Formulate and implement innovative strategies to drive store performance and enhance sales.
  • Recruit, train, and guide a dedicated team of Associates to achieve their best.
  • Monitor and manage loss prevention initiatives and operational standards.
  • Ensure that every customer enjoys a rewarding shopping experience.
  • Supervise daily operations on the sales floor, in the backroom, at the front end, and within the cash office.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in a retail setting, preferably as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing, developing, and motivating a sizable team.
  • Experience handling a sales volume of $5 million or more.
