Do you have experience with residential property management and are looking for a new opportunity? If so, we may have the job for you. Spherion has partnered with a business in Bloomington for an in office property manager to work on a long term and potentially permanent basis

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Schedule and oversee contract vendors
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Oversee properties personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Collect rent, and handle late payments when necessary
- Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
- Visit sites on a regular basis

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Customer service oriented

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in residential property management or a similar role
- Understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software (such as Yardi)
