  • Forest Ridge: A charming community with 114 apartments nestled in a serene forest setting, known for its long-term residents and high renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Engage with potential residents and maintain expert knowledge of the community.
  • Implement marketing strategies and assess advertising effectiveness.
  • Process payments and manage delinquency efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and facilitating renewals.
  • Organize and promote community events to enhance resident engagement.
  • Conduct property inspections for move-ins and move-outs, ensuring readiness and quality.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
