Position Title: Leasing Supervisor


Core Responsibilities

The Leasing Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing essential market insights and strategic direction for both the management and leasing teams. This position serves as the primary representative of the organization, engaging with prospective and existing tenants while embodying the values of humility, integrity, and accountability.


Key Duties Include:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of properties managed by the organization, including their locations, features, and amenities.
  • Actively contribute insights regarding market trends, leasing practices, and pricing strategies for each property.
  • Mentor and assist leasing personnel by leveraging market knowledge and professional experience.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of various departments to enhance support for tenants and external partners.
  • Organize and conduct property tours and showings to attract new leases.
  • Prepare and present lease agreements for both new and renewing tenants, addressing any inquiries related to the lease and property management.
  • Complete lease documentation and other internal paperwork efficiently.
  • Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a safe and orderly condition, if applicable.
  • Availability to work overtime during peak activity periods.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
