Your role in our mission
  • Supervises all activities associated with a limited agenda of an operating department’s day-to-day production regimen.
  • Acts as an escalation point for teams, supporting all customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provides training, coaching/development, and mentoring to staff as appropriate.
  • Manages operational workflows; meet internal and external SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
  • Ensures all processes meet HIPAA and Government security requirements with regards to sharing/storage/PHI (Personal Health Information).
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6 months minimum, prefer on more years of customer service or other telephone experience.
  • Acts as an escalation point for teams, supporting all customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provides training, coaching/development, and mentoring to staff as appropriate.
  • Supervises all activities associated with a limited agenda of an operating department’s day-to-day production regimen.
What you should expect in this role
  • Business and analytical critical thinking skills.
  • Communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently, follow oral and written directions.
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers.
  • Office environment may require shift or remote work.
