Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries resolving issues and offering product or service information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a friendly demeanor and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from customers address their inquiries and provide information about products services or policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively escalating complex cases to higher management if necessary.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions update account information and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • FollowUp: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products services promotions and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
