We're seeking a Director of Human Resources who effortlessly connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and productivity
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

*Additionally, this individual will support and provide backup for payroll operations, benefit administration, and the recruiting and hiring processes.
