Position Overview:

As the IT Retail Logistics Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for coordination and task execution for any IT-related change events that occur at the store level to ensure successful completion. This includes managing the new store opening (NSO) process, store closings, hardware adds, remodels, and any other project that involves physical IT-related changes in the retail store.

You will be successful in this role if you have an exceptional ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other internal Caribou teams as well as with external partners. You will be proactive in planning, be excellent at problem solving and communication, have attention to detail, and have strong organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Participate as necessary in cross-functional teams that support various store events.

  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external resource needs, information gathering, coordination, and communication. This includes other departments and external business partners.

  • Escalate & coordinate with other team members as necessary to resolve any issues encountered.

  • Be responsible for communications for any IT-related actions required, such as onsite dispatches, status updates, or requests for information.

  • Ensure all established processes are followed and performed in the timeline required for each type of event.

  • Be involved in actual work that will need to be completed by IT to ensure the overall process is implemented correctly. This includes but is not limited to coordinating the purchase, staging, delivery, and install of IT infrastructure (network cabling and hardware) and IT services (Internet/Phone) for stores.

  • Asset management updates for project-related hardware.

  • Identify updates needed for existing processes as hardware and software changes are made.

  • Job duties can be performed primarily remote. One day per week on average in the office or as needed. Store visits required from time to time.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
