The Quality Assurance Manager will manage the Quality Assurance staff and support NEIDL Leadership with audits and other areas of QA expertise where required or determined to be beneficial to NEIDL operations. The Quality Assurance Manager will report to the Chief Safety Officer and will interact with Principal Investigators whose protocols require good laboratory practices or are requested to follow such practices by NEIDL Leadership and /or the IBC.

Required Skills

The Quality Assurance Manager will advise the Chief Safety Officer, others in NEIDL Leadership and Principal Investigators on matters related to compliance and corrective actions required from audits. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience including work in high and/or maximum (BSL-3 and/or BSL-4) containment facilities and certification as a Registered Quality Assurance Professional - GLP required.
