Lead recommendation of budget optimization across programmatic and digital media placements to deliver positive return on marketing spend

Contribute to the development and test of new audience segments (i.e. retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.), ensuring documented results

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses

Creatively problem-solve and drive cross-team collaboration and knowledge gathering to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction

Be part of the Partnerships & Ad Operations team and report to the Head of Programmatic Partnerships

Have a passion for programmatic, retail media, and navigating an increasingly complex advertising landscape

Support the creation of client business reviews, RFPs, RFIs and support internal stakeholder enablement and external business growth in the US and ANZ.

Work with our business operations, finance, partnerships and sales teams to surface new insights and opportunities for the business.

Comfortable going between being an independent business driver and supportive team player

Experience successfully negotiating large Joint Business Plan style revenue agreements with strategic partners.
