Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment marketing preferred
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and others
- Solid understanding of analytics tools and techniques for tracking ad performance
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
