We are proactively recruiting to build a bench for upcoming/future opportunities to join our team. Positions will be in Olathe, KS for Sales District Leader, Merchandising Team Lead and Food Service Sales Rep roles.

This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Job Description:
SDL: The Sales District Leader (SDL) is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The SDL will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact.
MTL: The Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to merchandise orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.
FS Sales Rep: The FS Sales Rep will service existing accounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate new business for customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Effective communication, presentation, and team building skills
- Proven front-line supervisory skills and ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making (SDL & MTL only)
- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience (FS Sales Rep)
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Valid Driver's License
Compensation and Benefits:
- This posting includes different job level positions that may start on the salary range 60,000 to 87,000. Final salary will be discussed based on the specifications of the role such as level, location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly. (MTL)
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly. (SDL & Food Service Sales Rep)
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
