Responsibilities
Create, compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents
Coordinate document review between internal stakeholders
Research and obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies
Submit legal documents to external organizations
Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner
Update clients on case status
Administrative Duties:
Review and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail
Maintain and update CRM database
Answer and direct incoming calls
Download and prepare reports from CRM for management review
Minor Excel work
Bachelor's degree
One year of experience in a legal environment preferred
