Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and the Prince Resorts Hawaii (PRH) Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functionsManage accounting operations, general ledger (G/L), closing procedures, financial reporting, budgets, and forecastsEssential Duties:
Team Management:
Supervise, lead, and provide training to department staffDevelop departmental goals and objectives for the department and subordinate staff. Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field. Minimum four (4) years of progressive accounting experience with two (2) years supervisory experience. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements Strong leadership and team management abilities Hotel accounting experience preferred.
