Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Dental Practice Facility
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills required
- Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions relating to assigned task and responsibilities
- Handle a high level of new and current patient calls, using professional tone and exceptional judgment responding appropriately to patients needs and concerns
- Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatment
- Comfortable in making financial arrangements that help patients receive their dental work
