Description

Guide and lead a team of passionate individuals who take hospitality to the next level. Our location provides a unique experience to guests by being within walking distance of Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, The Convention Center, Inner Harbor, and so much more. This position is responsible for front office operations, which includes responsibility for the following: front desk, bell stand, reservations, concierge and PBX. Implement and manage hotel's daily quality process, interview, train, conduct performance evaluations, communicate both verbally and in writing clear direction, supervise budgeting, forecasting, etc. Plan, organize, attend, and participate in hotel meetings and perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

Knowledge of FSPMS preferred.

Ability to lead through others, motivate & inspire team through coaching.

Ability to manage department financials
