Sales & Administrative Asisstant Overview:
The Sales & Administrative Asisstant will provide high-level administrative and professional support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional who maintains poise in fast-paced situations and will be required to use independent judgment and initiative in the planning, organization, and performance of confidential and time-sensitive administrative assignments. They will also support sales efforts by coordinating marketing/advertising projects, distributing inquiries to the sales team, creating sales kits, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day activities by managing schedule conflicts and challenges. Develop and maintain relationships with associates, key vendors, and property VIP’s. Respond and/or direct inquiries (phone, email) appropriately throughout the property. Provide additional support to the guest services team as needed. Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of associate engagement events and celebrations. Handle all calls, taking messages and answering customers’ inquiries. Collaborating with all departments to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently. Maintaining files and preparing reports. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone. Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:

Must have a minimum of (1) year related administrative experience and or hospitality customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Availability for normal business hours, with flexibility to work hours outside the typical workday based on business demands is required. BenefitsWATERFORD HEALTH AND WELLNESS
