Job Summary: The Manager of Purchasing Card Services assists in the daily administration of the Purchasing Card Services department to ensure all responsibilities are executed in a timely manner.

Additional Department Summary: The Manager Purchasing Card Services oversees daily activities and administration of the University's Purchasing Card Program. Advises and assists users on the program’s eligibility requirements and program parameters. Maintains organizational reporting and authorization hierarchy in bank software. Reviews and approves/denies special requests and/or exceptions. Modifies, suspends, and/or cancels user accounts as appropriate. Serves as the secondary point of contact to resolve usage questions, card disputes/discrepancies and any additional issues related to card usage.

This position may be remote hybrid work eligible.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of procurement, purchasing, and/or buying experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of procurement, purchasing, and/or buying experience.

Skills and Knowledge: Experience with enterprise and desktop software.
