This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our members at the Indian Hills Branch. As a front-line representative, the Member Service Representative is tasked with ensuring a superior service experience that aligns with the core values of Alabama Credit Union.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open new accounts and assist members with essential financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, credit card payments, and balance transfers.
- Process orders for debit cards and checks while providing comprehensive information about our products and services to meet members' financial needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism in every interaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
