    Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of exterior construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute project deliverables.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to SCA and NYC regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
