Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage exterior restoration initiatives, including:
  • Facade Restoration Projects
  • Roofing and Waterproofing Assignments
  • Historic and Landmark Preservation
  • Window and Door Restoration Tasks
  • Building Surveys

Provide comprehensive project oversight, which includes on-site evaluations (must be comfortable with scaffold heights), formulation of project scope/specifications, assessment of bids, monitoring construction progress, and preparing detailed reports.

Participate in site inspections and client meetings for assigned projects.

Offer technical guidance to Junior Project Coordinators and AutoCAD Technicians.

Support the firm's mission to fulfill client requirements and expectations promptly while delivering high-quality consulting services.

Exemplify leadership and establish benchmarks for innovation and collaboration within and between offices.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in building envelope restoration projects.
  • Experience across all project phases is preferred (inspections, design development, construction oversight).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating self-direction, diligence, and punctuality in all responsibilities.
