Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven capability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Construction Management (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience in construction within a railroad context.
  • 6-9 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with New York equipment and track systems.
Work Environment
  • This is a field-based role with varying environmental conditions.
  • Involves conducting field inspections and assessments.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
Communication Skills

Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $94,300 - $122,256, determined by factors such as education, experience, and certifications. Additional incentive and compensation programs are available.
