We are seeking a Product Specialist for a consumer goods manufacturer in the Madison, WI area. The Product Specialists will provide product consultation over the phone to deliver exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have spent at least 2 years in a phone-based customer service role and be able to leverage their passion, focusing on customer satisfaction and experience rather than just the transaction itself

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to offer assistance and gather detailed information about their needs and project timeline
- Share product knowledge as well as design, specification, and installation information
- Build a connection and foster customer relationships by checking in at suitable intervals
- Facilitate a smooth transition to the showroom when the customer is prepared to progress to the next stage
- Continually expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product offerings

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 3 or more years of customer service experience with at least 2 years of phone-based customer service highly preferred
- Experience using computer systems to track data (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and active listening skills
