Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including art directors, copywriters, and producers, to develop outstanding motion-based content for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage various aspects of video production, encompassing camera operation, lighting, sound, motion graphics, and editing.
- Ensure video outputs are visually striking, effectively communicate core messages, and are tailored to meet the specifications and requirements of each social media platform.
- Innovatively repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in video production and media channels to foster innovation and enhance content quality.
- Utilize insights and metrics to guide video execution and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, or Video Production is preferred.
- Prior experience in professional content creation.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, manage multiple tasks, generate fresh ideas, provide and receive constructive feedback, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated experience as a videographer/content creator, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, particularly in short-form content for social media.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects.
- A passion for a range of production styles, from user-generated content to advanced video production techniques.
- Balanced skills in both videography and editorial techniques, along with motion graphics.
- Strong storytelling capabilities to translate marketing messages into visually compelling video narratives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Capacity to work independently and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and a willingness to learn and experiment with new techniques and technologies.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements.
- Current knowledge of trends and best practices in social media marketing and video production.
- Interest or experience in Generative AI technology for content creation.
- Agile work style, capable of independently managing most aspects of the video production process or functioning as a specialist collaborator on larger projects.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Basic motion design and animation skills; extended experience is a plus.
- Experience with various camera formats, from smartphones to professional production cameras.
- Analytical skills to assess content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for creative enhancement.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and work location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
