Drive consumer acquisition and lifetime value tied to the streaming products offered to our consumers.

Growth Strategy Development  

The Director of Strategic Initiatives, Streaming, takes full ownership of the success of our streaming products. They are passionate about developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies focusing on maximizing consumer revenue growth, engagement, and lifetime value that drive long-term success and align with the company’s vision. They utilize a scientist’s mindset to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, then collaborate with the product team to place bets and prioritize future product developments and market expansion opportunities.


Impactful Program Management  

The Director leads and manages high-impact projects and programs from conception through execution, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to keep stakeholders informed and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.


Financial Model Optimization  

This role partners with the finance team to develop and refine financial models that support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and profitability goals. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration  

The Director of Strategic Initiatives, Streaming, excels at cross-functional leadership, bridging departments like product, finance, marketing, and operations, along with external stakeholders, to drive sustained growth in streaming initiatives.

  • Highly organized and disciplined, with a passion for working with growth data 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels, including C-suite and board members
  • Strong project management and PMO skills

  • Operating and consulting experience would be a major plus
  • Experience operating in or working with a company our size in the growth stage (revenue, employees) with a consumer target market
