Your Role

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead all revenue-generating activities within our organization. Performance Tracking: Establish revenue targets, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms to track performance against goals.

Partnership Management: Identify strategic partnership opportunities and manage relationships to unlock new revenue streams.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing revenue teams dedicated to achieving growth objectives.

Marketing Strategy: Develop account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value target accounts and optimize lead generation.

Sales Enablement: Establish a sales enablement program to equip the sales team for success and monitor KPIs for revenue-generating teams.

Financial Planning: Collaborate on financial planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting activities while driving pricing strategies for competitiveness and profitability.

Data-Driven Approach: Drive adoption of a data-driven approach to revenue generation, leveraging analytics and business intelligence.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive long-term revenue growth.

Market Adaptation: Continuously evaluate and optimize go-to-market strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation roles.
  • Expertise in building and scaling high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success organizations.
  • In-depth understanding of the professional services industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in account-based marketing, sales enablement, and client success initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
