  • Lead department heads in a way that fosters buy-in and ownership of ideas and initiatives.
  • Maintain a people-first approach, ensuring a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • Manage the business through effective people management and development, ensuring the best decisions are made for the company as a whole.
  • Foster a culture of learning, growth, and empowerment among all employees.
  • Align operational strategies with the company’s overall goals and culture.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and opportunity identification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Implement performance metrics to track and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Proven experience in running operations of a small to mid-sized business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate department leads.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of having hard conversations and learning from them.
  • Patient and empathetic, with a focus on people, service, and client satisfaction.
  • A leader who leads from the back, making people feel good about learning and growing.
  • Ability to discern decisions that are best for the company versus those that benefit only a department.
  • No tolerance for freeloaders, drama, or excuses; commitment to accountability and results.
