Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management role at an enterprise company
o Experience supporting a Facilities upgrade
• Experience with Operational Technology and Controls Systems
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira or Confluence
• Experience managing the project requirements and deliverables
• General knowledge of applications, network communications, and infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive projects forward

Nice to have:
• PMP or PMI Certification

Responsibilities:
• Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the upgrades occur on schedule.
• Lead the tracking and reporting of project activities, such as status reporting, resource allocation, milestone reporting, risk mitigation, budgeting, etc.
• Responsible for updating and tracking projects within Project Management tools
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Act as a liaison between business, executive and technical teams
