A day in the life as a Systems and Process SupervisorAssign and monitor the work including staging, wave times and pick assignments for various teamsControl the priority and pick levels of each order and maintain priority of emergency ordersEnsure communication between pickers and replenishment associates for stock replenishment needs and troubleshoot, as neededAssist the staging and shipping of products from the dock which includes quality assurance loads, loading, manifesting and closing of the trailers to be releasedAssign and monitor the work of various Distribution Center personnelParticipate in the planning/forecasting of new operational functions in the Distribution CenterUnderstand, teach and train on new technology and/or process updatesCollaborate with the leadership team to understand the objectives of each locationSupport all efforts and initiatives across all business channels implemented by the companySupport the company’s mission and goals, including applicable key performance indicators (KPIs)

What you’ll bring to the table…Batch all incoming orders together by service level and order typeAllocate all shipments (International and Domestic) for processingMaintain the operational standards of printers during the pickMaintain inventory and adjust counts when necessaryFollow the loss prevention and security guidelines as outlined in the Crate and Barrel Associate Guide to minimize inventory shrinkage and profit lossAdhere to all Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) procedures and guidelines to maximize FTZ compliance and benefits and minimize U.S. Customs penalties and finesMaintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by management or the Human Resources Department and/or as outlined in the CBH Associate Guide
