Coordinate overall workflow schedules to insure timely processes of accounts payable Handling issues regarding accounts payable and vendor inquires Schedule & perform the necessary steps to generate accounts payable checks and issue the correct, accompanying reports for cash management use.
Reconciles Property & Casualty direct bill commission statements for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and computer software applications.
Two or more years of accounts payable responsibilities required Experience with Applied Systems is a plus Hours:
